This route is suitable for people with average physical fitness. Both for adults and teenagers. There are people who climb Agung and descend from it in one day - it's physically very hard. In our trip, we specifically split the ascent into 2 days. In order to overcome the longest section on the first day (about 4 hours of ascent), spend the night at an altitude of 2600 meters and climb to the very top before dawn (about 1.5 hours of ascent) and then we have a whole day to calmly descend from the top to our camp sauna at the foot of the volcano.

For every 4 people, we assign 1 instructor who closely monitors the ascent of the participants and coordinates their actions.
There are no dangers and difficulties, but it is necessary to follow the rules that the instructor says.

We fully provide the necessary equipment for the hike and camp. These are tents, sleeping bags, rugs. All campfire and kitchen equipment. As well as meals: on the first day we will organize lunch before the ascent and dinner at the tent camp at the top. On the second day: coffee and tea before dawn and after returning to the tent camp we have a snack before the descent.

Change of clothes for ascent, descent and stay in the tent camp. Raincoat. Warm clothes for the top: jacket, hat, pants, long sleeves. Trekking boots and light changeable shoes for the evening. Backpack (40-60 liters). Trekking poles for climbing.
